My wife and I recently began to search for an investment property. I fortuitously met Perry Beebe who was the selling agent at one of our first open inspections. I began chatting with Perry about matters general to property investing. I learnt that his business is more about property management than selling. He offered to assist my wife and I with technical advice during our search. We found Perry’s advice substantial, timely and highly relevant (and actually continued right through to settlement). My wife and I finally exchanged on a property that we were happy with. As a result of the assistance we received throughout the process, we decided to offer the property management over to Perry.
